The Higher Education Client Assistance Tool (HEPCAT) enables Highered Education Providers (HEP) and approved Vocational Education and Training (VET) providers to prepare, validate and transfer data required under the Higher Education Support Act 2003 (HESA) to DEEWR. This HEPCAT User Guide provides an overview of the deployment and installation process for HEPCAT software.
