The Student Help File has been developed to assist higher education providers meet the reporting requirements for the Higher Education Student Data Collection.  These reqiurementsare determined under section 19-70 of the Higher Education Support Act. 

Includes detailed information on the:

• scope and structure of each file required
• data element dictionary for each element in the collection
• data validation specifications
• timing matrix that outlines the submission dates for all data
• reference materials  
• user guides for the submission of data
