Higher Education Student Data Collection

Higher Education Staff Collection

University Applications and Offers Data Collection

VET providers are required under subclause 24(1) of Schedule 1A of the Higher Education Support Act 2003 (HESA) to provide information to the Minister for the VET Student Data Collection.

All data requirements for each of these collections are provided through the main menu of HEIMSHELP.

HEIMSHELP also provides information about

• system requirements, user guides and HEPCAT to help with the submission of data
• regular Newsletters and
• appendices that provide information about various data classifications used in the collections.

The following documents provides a timing matrix for Higher Education Data Collection submissions due in the 2009 calendar year.  This includes data requirements for the 2008, 2009 and 2010 reporting years due in the 2009 calendar year.
